Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3d/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 36.9 kDa (CD3E) and 35.4 kDa (CD3d). Due to glycosylation,the protein migrates to 58-62 kDa and 44-46 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Anti-CD3 protein with the C-hFc tag Antibody at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3d protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 58.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
