Anti-Human Perforin PE


The dG9 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human perforin, a cytolytic mediator found in the cytoplasmic granules of cytotoxic T (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cells. Perforin is integral molecule in targeted cell lysis and utilized in the immune system’s reaction to tumors and virus infections. BAY 80-6948

Preperation:
The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
Formulation:
Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
