Anti-Mouse CD71 (Transferrin Receptor) APC


The R17217 antibody specifically reacts with mouse CD71, a type II homodimeric transmembrane protein. CD71 mediates the uptake of transferrin-iron complexes and is highly expressed on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. It is known as the transferrin receptor or T9. The expression of CD71 on resting mature lymphocytes is low. PSI-699

Preperation:
The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
Formulation:
Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
