The recombinant Human IL-12B/p40/NKSF2 Protein, (amino acids Ile23-Ser328) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human IL-12B/p40/NKSF2 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 35.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human IL-12B protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-IL-12 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 18.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 98.1 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
