Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human IL-17R alpha/CD217 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 34.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human IL-17R alpha protein with the C-His tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-17A protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.15 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.57 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
