Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human IL-18 R1/CD218a protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 62.52 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-95 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
