Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human PILRA protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.32 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human PILRA protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-PILRA Antibody protein with the C-Rabbit IgG tag with the EC50 of 8.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
