Source:
The recombinant Human PILRA Protein, (amino acids Gln20-Ala197) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.

Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human PILRA protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.32 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human PILRA protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-PILRA Antibody protein with the C-Rabbit IgG tag with the EC50 of 8.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Purity :
>95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Endotoxin:
LevelLess than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.

Formulation :
Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Reconstitution:
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human PILRA Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
