Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human ROR2/NTRKR2 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 68 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human ROR2 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-ROR2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 20.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
